Terms for using Anakot POS
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Anakot POS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Account access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other stores, users, or data.
- Do not upload malicious content, spam, or abusive content.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the platform.
3. Your store data
You own or control the content and business data you enter into the service. You grant Anakot POS permission to host, process, transmit, and display that data only for providing the service and related support.
4. Privacy and compliance
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including privacy, tax, consumer protection, and employment rules that apply to your business.
5. Subscription plans and billing
Paid plans may be offered monthly, annually, or under another billing period shown at checkout. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Anakot POS or its payment provider to charge the applicable price, taxes, and other disclosed fees using your selected payment method.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access remains available until then.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for unused time, partial periods, or account inactivity.
- If payment fails, we may retry the charge, limit paid features, suspend the account, or cancel the subscription after reasonable notice.
- We may change plan features or prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply from the next renewal period unless otherwise stated.
6. Payments and third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as Telegram, Google, Bakong, or payment providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for any settings you enable with them.
7. Service availability
We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and provider issues may affect service operation.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, or a legal or compliance issue. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anakot POS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact the Anakot POS support channel or the business contact listed for your account.
